Private Yoga Sessions
In addition to our weekly yoga classes Breathing Through Counseling & Wellness Services offers private yoga sessions. We provide both one on one instruction; as well as, group sessions for up to four individuals. The benefit of private sessions is that each session can be designed to cater to your individual needs.
Beginner Yoga: Never stepped on a yoga mat? No problem. Our instructors will guide you through the yoga basics. You will be taught fundamental postures, alignment and modifications through step-by-step verbal directions, physical demonstration, and practice. There will also be a focus on breath work. The goal of these sessions is to create a basic understanding of and comfort with yoga, that will allow individuals to explore other avenues of yoga.
Chair Yoga: Chair yoga is a great way to explore how to use props including chairs, bolsters, blocks, and blankets to make yoga accessible to all individuals. This is a great option for those who have limited mobility and may find it difficult to sit or lay on the floor. Yoga is for EVERYBODY and EVERY BODY!
Yoga for Stress Reduction: These sessions will focus on breathing techniques and yoga postures that work with the nervous system in a way that increases self-regulation. We work to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to promote rest in the body. Which then decreases stress in both the body and mind.
Family Yoga: Yoga is fun for the whole family! This is a great way for families to connect and learn about themselves and each other. Our instructors are skilled in adapting the practice to all age and skill levels. Practicing yoga as a family has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, and lead to healthier lives.

Individual for 60 minute session: $85
Group for 60 minute session: $150 (Group session includes instruction for up to 4 individuals)
